ashton-kutcher-demi-diddyAfter appearing on “Larry King Live,” Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs were spotted leaving CNN studios. Kutcher, assisted by Diddy beat CNN in a “twitter following” competition. The “Punk’d” stud and Demi wore black jackets with blue jeans, with Diddy in a pink sweater and sneakers.

The twitter on the TV, pushed by CNN news staff, and now by Kutcher, Diddy and King is that twitter cuts out the media middleman.

Is TV killing itself?

Man seen at location of two attacks

Man seen at location of two attacks

Craigslist Killer uses new technology to find and lure victims and ironically, it seems that technology will be his undoing.

The scenario, three women attacked, one died, all three advertised their erotic services on Craigslist, and one man was seen on video in two hotels, the locations for two of the attacks.

This guy could be the killer, an accomplice, or extremely unlucky to have been in both places using his blackberry, around the time of the murders with similar MO.

Is it time for the US to adopt the CTV program as they do in London?

SEALs are Amazing

An amazing sub-story. SEALs jump out of a plane, land in the ocean, swim to a ship, set up their sniper rifles and wait. Ship bounces up and down, the targets bounce up and down and walk around. Then eventually, their time comes and three shots take out the three pirates, hostage unharmed.

That is what SEALs train for… Amazing!

Is there anyone who doesn’t believe this will be made into a movie?

Who will play the captain and snipers. Seems like there could be a lot of great stories and parts.

America Bows to Pirates

skullIn the past week, the promised gentle hand of America was extended to traditional enemies and many doves said what a wonderful thing it was. Unfortunately, pirates in a supposedly backward country checked their theory that America was now controlled by weenies.

Ships bearing the US flag had been generally off-limits because they knew an attack would be met with swift retribution. So they tested their theory and it seems US ships are now open for exploitation.

Government Rips GM

The government this week ripped General Motors, agreeing to give them megabucks, or rather, billabucks, but only if they could fire the CEO. That would be the same CEO who has the best chance to pull the car maker out of the crappy position it is in, within the alloted timeframe. With a new CEO in place, they have less than a snowball’s chance in hell of surviving. It will take them a month just to remember what his name is.

The government says it will honour GM Warranties – do I call the Whitehouse now, to get my Suburban’s gearbox fixed?

As an afterthought, President Obama, now also President of GM, said the government would only honour the warranties while the automaker was still in business. This immediately made up the minds of tens of thousands of car buyers who decided, after that remark, to buy a Toyota.

So now Big Shaq is a Tweeter. Some jerk was pretending to be him and rather than fighting it, Shaq decided to get in on the act himself. Shaq says he wants to be a different type of tweeter than other players/celebs, so this will be interesting to watch.
