A barking dog is a nuisance, but it’s not news. Every neighborhood has at least one or two mutts with a penchant for barking for no discernable reason at all times, day or night.

A man barking at a dog, is news. The coward was harassing the pooch while it was inside the police car.

The man’s punishment should be to let him bark at the police dog all he wants, but the dog should be free. I have a feeling that the idiot would be screaming instead of barking.

Barking at a police dog inside a police cruiser isn’t a harmless prank, it’s cruelty to animals. I hope the judge throws the book at this clown.
