Dude Returns Library Book, After 60 years!

A young boy walks out of a library with a biography of Napoleon Bonaparte, without even bothering to check it out. He’s afraid of returning it because he thinks the librarian will accuse him of being a repentant thief.
But finally he mails the book back to the library, 60 years later!
“‘Carrying guilt for 60 years is a terrible thing,’ the patron wrote in a letter that showed up on a recent day in the mail room of the Main Library in downtown Toledo. Accompanying the letter: the long-borrowed book.

I’m glad the man finally returned the book, because in a few years the Internet and electronic book readers are going to make libraries obsolete.
This is a great holiday story. Do you have a library book or a video from Blockbuster that you never returned? Do the right thing this holiday season.
