“It was me that did Brian, I just finally snapped!” This is a confession of builder, Frank Thorogood, on his death bed in 1993 to Rolling Stones` road manager, Tom Keylock. The source is the book, Who Killed Christopher Robin? by Terry Rawlings. The original account of Brian Jones` death is that he went on a drug and drink binge and accidentally drowned in his own swimming pool. Here is an early (August 9, 1969) Rolling Stone story on Brian`s death.brian jones

Scott Jones, an independent researcher who has been working on this case for some time, recently turned over more than 600 documents to the Sussex police in southeast England. Two significant pieces of evidence (for me), are 1: that a witness, Janet Lawson, saw Jones and Thorogood “fooling about in the pool,” and 2: that the coroner only found traces of a few drinks in Brian`s blood. There is more than meets the eye in the death of the legendary founder of The Rolling Stones, Brian Jones. *(sources-MSNBC, CNN, Rolling Stone, and Star Telegram)
