The charges stem from an October confrontation the Oscar-winning actor had with a photographer outside the Brentwood Country Mart, during which he allegedly kicked the man and broke his camera.
Do you think the court should go easy on Sean since he has been helping and giving his time to the people of Haiti since the devastating earthquake in January?

Haiti Needs Help and Fast!
Here`s a list of charities to help the earthquake victims of Haiti.
Christopher Columbus landed on Mole Saint-Nicolas on December 5, 1492 and claimed the island for Spain. So the origins of America lie in Haiti. One might argue convincingly that this is where trouble begins for the native people of Haiti. I am studying the history of Haiti this morning. Especially interesting is the slave revolt of Toussaint L` Ouverture and then the subsequent independent government of Jean-Jacques Dessalines.
I`m reviewing the music of Haiti also this morning, but am early in my grasp of the
forms of music that have flourished there over the last few centuries. I am able to intuit this music, but have no examples of it to listen to. I sense that it`s a hybrid of European colonization, that includes mainly a French influence, and the African slave migration that occurred there.
The main forms to study are: Rara, Mizik rasin, and Compas. I hear that rap is big in Haiti too. Jazz Guinard was the first recorded music (1937) from Haiti. So we`ll have to study our Haitian history and culture. I feel ashamed this morning-I`m so ignorant of it. Pat Robertson should feel even more ashed than me.
I need to get my hands on some Wyclef Jean?
