Wild Turkey Crashes Through Bedroom Window

“A Wisconsin woman and her 5-year-old daughter got a fowl visitor when an unwelcome wild turkey crashed through a bedroom window.

Heidi Herrera said she was watching television with her daughter Thursday when the bird quickly charged into the living room of their home in the eastern Wisconsin town of Mishicot. Herrera got her daughter and their pet Chihuahua to safety in another bedroom. The mother then ventured out and found the turkey in the kitchen.
When she walked toward it, the bird ran out the open front door and down the street, leaving behind feathers, blood and glass scattered throughout the house.”

I’m an animal lover and I have never hunted or gone fishing in my life, but if a wild turkey crashes through my window and walks into my kitchen, guess what? I’ll mutter “how convenient”, wring that turkey’s neck, and cook it for dinner.

I don’t own no freakin’ Chihuahua, I have a  Pitt Bull/German Shepherd and a Chow/Lab, and I wouldn’t have to usher them to safety in another room. In that foul intruder had ventured into my house he would have left behind feathers, blood, and entrails.

There is no way in hell that a wild turkey or even a dog could crash through my windows, Heidi should  buy safety glass for her windows and trade in her Chihuahua for a Pitt Bull.
