USA Network keeps “Burn” hot

Michael Westen will remain in the cold in sunny Miami, as USA network has renewed Burn Notice for a fourth season. 

The series, currently in its third season, has been a critical and ratings success since its debut in the summer of 2007.  It follows Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan), a freelance operative blacklisted by the intelligence community who uses his skills to help people while in the process found out who burned him and why as well as getting back in the intelligence community.

Burn Notice‘s summer finale will air this Thursday at 9pm on USA Network; new episodes will return in early 2010.
